This piece, as evidenced by comps online, was likely painted after purchase as it appears they didn't come painted. It features a series of low relief ships along the rope border base. Along the top ring are a series of anchors and sailing flags, with two grommets for securing an ashtray (not included). Exhibits minor signs of wear including chipped paint and rust.
