Stoka Kras Teran Penece Pet Nat 2024 AFKAT_2025 Named after a 16th-century silverThe Kras is a windswept limestone plateau above Trieste where the soil runs blood red with iron and the Stoka family has been farming for over two hundred years. Teran is the local red grape: ferrous, bracing, tasting unmistakably of the ground it grew in. Bottled as a pet nat, it becomes something genuinely wild, a sparkling red that fizzes with sour cherry and tart red fruit over a mineral, almost iron filing bite. Serve it cold and resist the urge
