Vintage Wood and Cast Iron Trolley Car Wall Mounted Stool restoration AB - 104476 - 041522This early 20th century surface mount drop down stool was designed and fabricated by the Chicago Hardware Foundry Co. Chicago, Il. The seat of the stool is comprised of solid wood, the spring loaded cast iron bracket keeps the seat in an upright position when not in use. This stool was intended for tight spaces including street cars, elevator cabs, locomotives and so on. This seat measures 10" in diameter and extends 11. 75" from the wall. JM 100322
