The brewery is nestled amidst the Ouachita Mountains, sourcing its famous mineral water. Thousand Cranes, a traditional symbol of good luck, is their most versatile sake. Notes of ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, and pear with a subtle umami background. Slightly higher acidity lending to a crisp and refreshing finish. Pair with gouda, smoked salmon smash burgers and ramen.
