The Plumbdinger is a flexible offset fitting built to solve exactly that, without cutting into the slab or reworking the drain run. It rotates a full 360 degrees, offsets up to 150mm, and adjusts height by up to 50mm, so it absorbs misalignment that would otherwise mean re plumbing or a difficult re core.
