SOLD 1901 Froebel Kindergarten Thread Drawings: Set Two, 4 Drawings copper tray It is signed -- onceAs I've learned more about kindergarten inventor Friedrich Froebel and the series of "Gifts" he created to give form and structure to discovery based learning, I now know that these yarn drawings were product of Gift #12, some made on pre punched cards, others make by punching points through a gridded template, as here. And, looking at these, it should not seem too surprising that Paul Klee and Piet Mondrian were both products of early kindergarten.
