Rare, Unusual Old Tin Litho Penny Toy Inclined Car (Funicular?) forty years made to hold cards and

made to hold cards and pegs

though I can find no reference to Ernst Gravenhorst anywhere

It remains super sturdy on its three smooth peg legs

but it has been worn down

and bands of pattern around neck and base

Rare, Unusual Old Tin Litho Penny Toy Inclined Car (Funicular?) forty years made to hold cards andI've done a fair amount of searching but can't find another old tin litho penny toy like this cool inclined one, which perhaps connected to a few others and a very steep ramp. I love it as its sits on a flat surface now, making everything around it feel askew. And hard to be the terrific color scheme, and very gangster looking driver at the helm! I can't find a mark on it and as I can't find another am not sure of the maker. Pre WWII I would guess.
