Constructed of light brown wool with a buckram core, trimmed with light blue piping, and pinned with a gilded zink NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, above four rank pips, unmarked, measuring 45 mm (w) x 65 mm (l), with evidence of a removal of a tresse from the obverse, in overall very fine condition.
