Cecilia 2022 Bodega Clandestina 25 days of skin macerationA unique field blend of red and white grapes grown on a limestone plot lovingly recultivated by Steffi and Eddi. Crafted with spontaneity and freedom, two thirds of the grapes are pressed directly while one third undergoes short maceration, fermenting and aging in large wooden vats and 1500L barrels. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur, Cecilia shines as an inspiring and unconventional ros. Vibrant, idiosyncratic, and effortlessly
