A Prize Medal For Diligence And Art From The Ministry Of Trade And Industry Hold Weller (Canadian Militia) and MadeleineConstructed of bronze, the obverse bearing a raised and leftward facing profile of Tsar Nicholas II, circumscribed by name and title in Russian Cyrillic, the reverse bearing a Cyrillinc inscription of (FOR DILIGENCE AND ART FROM THE MINISTRY OF TRADE AND INDUSTRY), set within a circular oak leaf wreath, unmarked, measuring 51 mm in diameter, with surface oxidation evident to the edge of the obverse, in better than very fine condition.
